Worked examples

  1. Short content generation

    Generating a 500-word blog post typically uses ~250 input tokens and ~800 output tokens. Cost: (250 / 1,000,000 * $0.25) + (800 / 1,000,000 * $1.00) = $0.0000625 + $0.0008 = ~$0.00086 per request.

  2. Mid-length context analysis

    Analyzing a 10,000-word document with a 2,000-word summary uses ~13,500 input tokens and ~1,200 output tokens. Cost: (13,500 / 1,000,000 * $0.25) + (1,200 / 1,000,000 * $1.00) = $0.003375 + $0.0012 = ~$0.00458 per request.

  3. Large context window usage

    Using the full 64,000 token context window with a 2,000 token response uses 66,000 input tokens (including system prompt overhead) and 2,000 output tokens. Cost: (66,000 / 1,000,000 * $0.25) + (2,000 / 1,000,000 * $1.00) = $0.0165 + $0.002 = ~$0.0185 per request.

Usage-Based Pricing Model

Our kimik2api pricing is strictly tied to token consumption. You are charged $0.25 per million input tokens and $1.00 per million output tokens. Input tokens include your prompt and any conversation history maintained within the context window. Output tokens are the tokens generated by the model in response.

This model is transparent and predictable. Because we charge per token, you can estimate costs accurately before making a request. There are no per-request fees or minimum charges. Whether you send one request or ten thousand, the cost scales linearly with your usage.

We do not charge for idle time or connection duration. You only pay for the computational resources actually consumed by your prompts and completions.

Prepaid Credits & Bonus Top-ups

We operate on a prepaid credit system. You add funds to your account balance, and those credits are deducted as you use the API. This ensures your spend is always capped by your available balance. You cannot be charged beyond what you have loaded.

To encourage higher usage, we offer bonus credits on top-ups. Adding $50 or more gives you a 5% bonus. Adding $100 or more gives you a 10% bonus. These bonuses are added to your balance immediately and can be used for API requests just like your base credit.

Your prepaid credit never expires. You can top up as needed and use your balance over time. This makes it easy to manage costs without worrying about subscription renewals or usage windows.

Free Trial Details

New users can start testing our uncensored LLM API immediately with a free trial. Every new account receives $0.50 in trial credit. This allows you to make requests and evaluate the model's quality and performance without entering payment information.

The trial credit is valid for 7 days from account creation. It is a one-time benefit per person. After the 7 days, any remaining trial credit expires. You do not need to provide a credit card to sign up or access the trial.

This trial is ideal for verifying that the API meets your technical requirements before committing to a paid plan. Once your trial credit is exhausted, you can top up your account to continue using the service.

Request Limits & Constraints

To ensure fair usage and maintain service stability, we impose specific limits on API requests. You are allowed up to 300 requests per minute per API key. This rate limit applies to all requests sent to our endpoints.

Each request body is limited to 8 MB. This constraint affects the maximum size of your prompts and conversation history. If your input exceeds this limit, the request will be rejected.

You can regenerate your API key at any time. When you generate a new key, the old one is immediately revoked. This is useful for security or if you need separate keys for different applications. There is no limit on the number of keys you can generate, but each key is subject to the same rate limits.

Questions and answers

How are input and output tokens counted?

Input tokens include all text sent to the API, including your prompt and any conversation history within the context window. Output tokens are the tokens generated by the model in response. You can check the token usage in the API response headers.

Do prepaid credits expire?

No, your prepaid credits never expire. You can add funds to your account and use them at any time in the future. This allows you to manage your budget without worrying about expiration dates.

Can I use the free trial with a credit card?

Yes, you can add a credit card to your account even while using the trial. However, it is not required to sign up or access the $0.50 trial credit. You only need to provide payment information when you are ready to top up your account.

What happens if I exceed the rate limit?

If you exceed 300 requests per minute, the API will return a 429 Too Many Requests error. You will need to wait until the rate limit resets or reduce your request frequency. You can monitor your usage and adjust your application's behavior accordingly.
